Customers benefit not only from considerable time savings – they no longer need to repeatedly travel to the audiologist's office – but above all from significantly lower prices. Online sales of hearing aids eliminate large fixed costs such as store rent, and audiologists can be utilized more efficiently thanks to the increased reach. These cost savings are passed on directly to the customer.
How an online purchase works
After the customer has chosen a suitable hearing aid together with the audiologist, they send Migelino the hearing test prepared by the ENT specialist. The hearing aids are programmed based on the hearing test and delivered to the customer by mail. If a fine adjustment is needed, this is done easily via remote fitting.
Managing Director Manuel Jungen emphasizes that customer satisfaction is the top priority. Customers are therefore granted a 45-day right of return if they are not happy with the settings of the hearing aids. No technical prior knowledge is required from the customer.
