Submit Hearing Test

Before you choose the hearing aids you want, be sure to submit your hearing test!

If you are unsure which hearing aids are right for you, your hearing test will help us find the perfect match. Our experts are happy to advise you.

At Migelino, we require that your audiogram is signed, dated, includes all of the proper scores, and is preferably no older than six months. After visiting your local doctor or an Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic to receive your hearing test, you can submit it here or by emailing us.

Once we receive your audiogram, one of our specialists will give you a call or send you an email to discuss your hearing test, help you find the right hearing aids, and answer any questions you may have about our services, products, or your hearing.
