In the purchase included are unlimited remote adjustment sessions and technical assistance for 6 years.

If your hearing aid needs to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, Migelino handles all coordination and communication. In addition, you will receive free replacement devices during this time if needed.

Buying online saves time and money. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees and provide convenient adjustments from the comfort of your home.

No. The fine‑tuning of your hearing aids can be done comfortably from home — or anywhere in the world — by video call with your personal hearing‑care specialist.

All you need is the hearing‑aid manufacturer’s app on your smartphone or tablet. Through the app, the specialist can access your hearing aids directly and adjust them according to your preferences.

No worries — your personally assigned hearing‑care specialist will support you every step of the way.

If you still find that the hearing aids don’t work for you, you may return them to Migelino within 30 days at no additional cost. Only the return shipping fee applies.

Returns must be registered by email at support@migelino.us with your order number so that they can be processed correctly.
