Migelino was founded in the summer of 2016 by the Swiss entrepreneurs and brothers Manuel and Simon Jungen. Inspired by media coverage at the time, they took a close look at the topic of pricing for medical aids. During their research, they discovered that the hearing‑care industry in particular still suffers from significant information gaps and power imbalances. To address this issue, the brothers created Migelino.
Today, Migelino operates in three countries and has already supported several thousand customers on their journey to new hearing aids. 3. You send us your hearing test/audiogram. If you don't have a hearing test yet, call us. Together we will find a solution.
4. The hearing aids are pre-programmed based on your hearing test and sent to you by mail.
5. Through remote adjustment, our hearing aid specialists optimally adjusts your new hearing aids to your hearing needs. Throughout the process, our specialists are available to answer any questions you may have. Furthermore, the remote adjustments are included in the price for 6 years. It's that simple!

Within the hearing‑aid manufacturer’s app, our hearing care specialist can start a video call with you. During the call, the specialist fine‑tunes your hearing aids together with you, based on your feedback and needs.

Throughout the process, our specialists are available to answer any questions you may have. Furthermore, these remote adjustments are included in the purchase price for 6 years. It's that simple!

At Migelino, a valid audiogramm is mandatory before purchase. By law, we cannot sell hearing aids without it.
We require that your audiogram is signed, dated, includes all of the proper scores, and is preferably no older than six months. After visiting your local doctor or an Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic to receive your audiogramm, you can submit it to us by email (support@migelino.ch) or here.

Shipping and Returns
We currently ship to Florida, California, New Jersey, Texas and Massachuetts with other states (i.e. Arizona, Ohio) in the USA following in the near future. Are you in a different state? Reach out to us, and we’ll see if we can find a solution for you.
A standard handling fee of USD 15 applies. Your hearing aids are shipped fully insured and will require a signature on delivery.
Yes!
We believe in our service, and we want our customers to be satisfied. If you're not satisfied, you can return the hearing aid to us within 45 days of receipt.
If you would like to return your hearing aids, simply send an email to: support@migelino.us and we will send you a return authorization via email.
Warranty and Insurance
- We provide a standard 3-year warranty on Phonak devices
- We provide a standard 3-year warranty on Oticon devices
- We provide a standard 2-year warranty on Sigina devices
- Accessories and chargers are covered by a 2-year warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects in the hearing aid or charger itself, but not accessories such as tubes, ear molds, or external receivers. No warranty claims exist for damage caused by improper handling or care, chemical influences, or overuse. The warranty may be voided for damage caused by third parties or unauthorized service centers. This warranty does not cover the services performed by an audiologist.
Yes! If you would like to get insurance, please request it when purchasing your devices. We will gladly provide a quote from our insurance partner.
Repairs
Within the warranty period
If a device has a warranty issue, we handle the entire process for you.
- Send the defective device to us.
- Minor repairs same day — for small faults (for example a faulty receiver) we can usually repair the device on site and return it the same day.
- Manufacturer repairs — if the device must be sent to the manufacturer, we will provide a temporary loaner device free of charge so you are not left without hearing aids.
- Return and replacement — we will send back the repaired or replacement device and ask that you return the loaner in the same packaging.
After the warranty: We continue to offer repair and support services as your audiologist even after the warranty period ends.
After the warranty expires, repairs are charged at cost; we add no markup and you pay only the actual repair expenses.

Care and Cleaning
Yes! Cleaning hearing aids is very easy. You can find instructions and care tips for your hearing aids here. Cleaning your hearing aid involves only a few simple steps that anyone can perform.
If you have any questions, we are of course available at any time.
Moisture is the enemy of any hearing aid. This is especially true if you exercise regularly, naturally sweat a lot, or worry the hearing aids might get wet.
Rule of thumb: newer hearing‑aid models are water‑ and dust‑resistant, so they tolerate sweat and rain well.
If your hearing aids do get wet frequently, we recommend a drying box — either a simple plastic drying box with desiccant capsules or a professional UV drying box.
