Once you have purchased your hearing aids from Migelino, we would like you to take a look at these important documents. These documents are available for you to review or download.
Before you purchase your hearing aids, we require that you get a hearing test done. This audiogram needs to have been done within the last six months and needs a signature and date. Without this, we will not be able to sell you hearing aids. Be sure to read through our FDA Waiver, Bill of Sale, and Terms of Service documents to learn more.
