How long does it take for the Pure Charge&Go IX hearing aid to fully charge? A full charge takes approximately 4 hours.
Is there a way to fast charge if there isn't time for a full charge?
Yes. Only 30 minutes of charging time provides the wearer with an additional usage of approximately 6* hours with Pure Charge&Go IX *Exact time depends on many factors and may vary.
Can I stream phone calls and/or music directly to my Pure Charge&Go IX hearing aids?
Yes. You can stream audio signals directly from your iOS device to Signia hearing aids with "made-for-iPhone" (MFi) certification. All Bluetooth-enabled Signia hearing aids have this certification. Direct streaming from ASHA-compatible Android devices is possible in Signia hearing aids with IX chip platform. Audio streaming from other mobile devices (Android devices without ASHA protocol, older Apple devices, PCs, laptops, and other Bluetooth-enabled mobile devices) is possible via our StreamLine Mic accessory.
Can I transmit TV sound to Pure Charge&Go IX hearing aids?
Yes. With our StreamLine TV, you can transmit TV sound directly to Pure Charge&Go IX from your TV set.
What controls do Pure Charge&Go IX hearing aids offer?
There is a rocker switch on the devices for manual operation. Additionally, they can also be operated via smartphone with the Signia app, which is available for free, or with the small miniPocket remote control.
