How Does A Remote Adjustment Work?

After you receive your hearing aids, you can fine-tune them together with our specialists at any time via remote adjustment. This way we ensure that the hearing aids are tailored exactly to your individual wishes. All you need for a remote adjustment is a mobile phone or tablet. Remote adjustments are included for 6 years.

You schedule an appointment for a remote adjustment with your personal Migelino specialist via Calendly or by email.

Download App

Download the app from your hearing aid manufacturer onto your mobile phone or tablet.

Prepare

Connect your hearing aids to your mobile phone. Charged batteries and a good internet connection are important.

Answer Video Call

At the time of the remote adjustment, open the app and click on Remote Care / Remote Support. There you will receive a video call from our specialist, which you can accept.
