The Oticon Real was launched in spring 2023. It is the predecessor of the Oticon Intent (2024). With its Polaris R platform and RealSound technology, it offers an advanced hearing solution for people with hearing loss.

The MoreSound Amplifier 2.0 system delivers balanced, high-contrast listening. The SuddenSound Stabilizer detects sudden soft and loud sounds and controls them so they remain audible without becoming uncomfortable or disruptive.

The Oticon Real is available in 3 performance levels

Real 1 (Premium): Real 1 delivers the best speech clarity and the strongest noise reduction, making conversations noticeably easier even in very loud environments.

Real 2 (Mid-range): Real 2 provides a balanced mix of solid speech processing and comfort features and works well for users with varied daily situations.

Real 3 (Essential): Real 3 reliably covers basic hearing needs and is ideal for quieter environments or as a budget-friendly solution.
