The new Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio Ultra offers advanced AI technology for optimal speech clarity, even in noisy environments. With a dedicated real-time AI chip, it effectively separates speech from background noise and improves the signal-to-noise ratio by up to 10 dB. The device relies on the powerful ERA and DEEPSONIC chips, which allow the hearing aid to dynamically adapt in real time. Thanks to Bluetooth compatibility and long battery life, it also offers first-class connectivity and user-friendliness for all everyday situations.
The Speech Sensor always has a full view of your environment, creating a 360° sound picture that allows you to effortlessly take part in any conversation around you, even with background noise.

Oticon Zeal nxtCIC R is Oticon's smallest in-the-ear hearing system with full functionality. It was launched in November 2025 and is considered one of the most discreet and technically complete in-the-ear hearing systems currently available.
